Volunteer Projects

Heart of Winona is a local non-profit LGBTQ group with the aim to provide resources, education, and safe sober spaces for the LGBTQ community in and around Winona Minnesota.

I have been working with them for the last year to establish their online and physical presence in the community. Through social media, email, and printed marketing I have helped the group put on various successful event such as: board game nights, book club, various tabling events, clothing swaps, collaborations with various local businesses and organizations, and much more.

This last June saw us running our very first PrideFest, which drew in over 600 people, 15 vendors, and a Drag Show.
